Privacy policy

GameID is the party that many online casinos (licence holders) choose to ensure compliance with the legal rules regarding access and registration (onboarding). The personal data that licence holders receive from their customers is validated and the CRUKS register is checked via the GameID platform. CRUKS is the Dutch abbreviation for the Central Register for Exclusion from Games of Chance. The register contains players who no longer want to gamble on Dutch gambling sites or at Dutch arcades and casinos for at least six months. For further information, please visit the website of the Gaming Authority, www.kansspelautoriteit.nl.

When you go through the onboarding procedure for a licence holder, you can give GameID permission to store your personal data if you need to validate your personal data again for another licence holder to gain access. This data will then immediately become available for onboarding. Your consent is explicitly requested to do this.

The General Data Protection Regulation applies to both licence holders and GameID. GameID handles the onboarding procedure for the license holders. Licence holders process your personal data for this purpose and, as processors, hire GameID. GameID: Processor or
